Why This Tea?
When we first asked Uno Tea Farm which tea best represented their work, the answer was immediate.

Rather than asking us to choose from a catalogue, Mr. Uno recommended the tea he believed would be the best introduction to his work.
That recommendation became our first cup from Uno Tea Farm.
About the Tea
Special Uno Oolong is produced at Uno Tea Farm in Shizuoka, Japan.
It was the first tea personally recommended to us by Mr. Daisuke Uno when we began our conversation with the farm.
For us, that recommendation makes this tea more than simply a product.
It represents the beginning of a relationship.
Our Tasting Notes
The first impression was distinctive.
Its character immediately stood apart from the other teas we tasted.
We understood why Mr. Uno had chosen it as the tea that best represented his work.
Every tea drinker will discover something different.
For us, this tea became the starting point for understanding Uno Tea Farm.
